Handmade using traditional artisan techniques, our products are made in small batches, poured onto cooling tables & left to cool naturally. Once cooled it’s then hand scored, hand broken & hand packed. This is our ‘take’ on the iconic Newcastle Brown Ale, But is a scrumptious, smooth textured Fudge which contains only the finest ingredients, locally sourced wherever possible & always Milk & Butter from the UK. This is Newcastle Broon Dog Fudge.
