A beautiful butter based creamy textured fudge, handmade using traditional artisan techniques. Made in small batch copper pans, poured into cooling trays and left to cool naturally. Once ready the it is scored by hand, hand broken and hand packed. This is a truly classic fudge flavour with a modern twist. A butter fudge base with lashings of clotted cream, freeze dried strawberries and swirled marshmallow on the top. Our fudge contains only the finest ingredients, locally sourced if possible with milk and butter from the UK.
