A beautiful handmade fudge using traditional techniques and a little alchemy. Only the fines ingredients are used in all our recipes.
The finest ingredients result in the most exquisite tastes.
Did you know, our ingredients are weighed by hand and boiled in copper pans?. When ready the liquid gold is then pored into cooling trays and left to cool naturally. The aroma from this is intoxication.
Once set the fudge is hand scored and broken into cubes. Now cubed it’s hand packed and ready for purchase.
A delightful refreshing fudge, with Canadian Maple syrup and chopped Pecan Nuts.
