Handmade using traditional artisan techniques, our products are made in small batches. Ingredients are weighed by hand, poured into copper pans and cooked. The fudge mix is poured onto cooling trays, left to cool naturally before being hand scored, broken and packed. This is a luxury double layered Butter Fudge with Rich Belgian Chocolate and beautiful Pistachio nuts, a combination which is simply sublime.
